 Our Printing Techniques

We can advice you on the choice of technique for your prints. A rule of thumb is that :

  • under 10 units, it’s cheaper and faster to use DTG.
  • starting from 10 units, serigraphic transfer becomes more effective and has a lower cost.
  • embroidery is often used for headwears like caps, beanies or on sport bags, backpacks and polos.

Direct to garment

From one item, accepted file extensions : JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS at least 300dpi and RGB color format

DTG (Direct To Garment) is a technique in which the ink is directly injected on the garment. Great to print prototypes and complex multicolor designs.

Serigraphic Transfer

From 10 units, accepted file extensions : JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS at least 300dpi and CMYK color format

This technique insure vivid colors and longevity of the print. The initial set up has a significant cost on small orders but the price per unit drops lower than the DTG prints starting from 10-20 units per order

Embroidery

From one unit, accepted file extensions : PDF at least 300dpi with embrodery specific wire colors
